• Ensure delivery of quality services in Cash & other Transactions to the customers.

• Ensure well-coordinated efforts in maintaining desired service oriented environment.

• Manage other functions like outward/inward clearing, outward/inward remittance, collection, Account Opening, Closing, lockers, Customer Account Amendments & TDR Issuance, encashment, perform all due diligence in Operations of branch for customer service while ensuring compliance to Operational Manual / SBP instructions.

• Good knowledge of Banking Laws & practices operations and Governance Principles.
